We conducted Customer Feedback Surveys for one of the largest travel agents in Hong Kong. We interviewed over 3,000 customers at 8 selected outlets within 2 days and collected useful marketing information as benchmark for the company to formulate its service strategy and staff training plan.

We conducted Staff Opinion Surveys, Internal Service Surveys, Training Needs Surveys for government departments such as Legal Aid Department, Government Flying Services, Social Welfare Department, Customs and Excise Department, etc. We also provided follow-up consultancy services such as facilitation of brainstorming sessions, hosting of briefing sessions, formulation of improvement action plans, etc.
