The basic assumption of teamwork is believing that the power of a team is greater than the summation of individual efforts. Generally, people may regard teamwork as a group of people working together. In fact, a group is different from a team. Within an effective team, every team member must clearly know the role they are playing, when and how to pass the job to others, acting as supplement to each other. That’s what Dr. Belbin says, “No individual is perfect, but a team can be”.
