“How to improve the performance of staff?” is always asked by many managers. There are four main factors (4C Model) affecting the performance of staff, ie., Competence, Commitment, Constraints and Consequence. Managers should find out the root of the image02problem their staff are facing so as to think out a possible solution. Management skills, such as Coaching, Leadership, Communication, Problem Solving, Meeting, Time Management, Team Building, Negotiation and Delegation Skills are, therefore, critical success factor to keep continuous improvement of staff performance.

We worked as the designated training partner of various companies in “turn-key operations” to offer a curriculum of tailor-made management training programmes, such as Managing the Media, Balanced Scorecard Training, Contract Management, Business Process Improvement, Project Management, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Time Management, Leadership Skills, Coaching and Counselling, Team Building, Problem Solving, Communication Skills, and Performance Appraisal Training.

We organized a Leadership Development Attachment Programme for Principals of Government Schools. 12 principals were arranged to become a “shadow” of Chief Executives/General Managers of four organizations, Cathay Pacific, Zung Fu Company Limited, Pizza Hut and Mannings. The new learning experience through mentoring not only widen the perspective of the participants but also inspired them to initiate changes in their schools.
