Changes in external environment make stakeholders’ perception towards the world change; therefore, change management has become a trend. People have different understanding and response towards “change”. Some regard it as a burden, some may not. Actually, perception can be changed. We can change paradigms against change, perceiving it as challenge and opportunity, so as to enhance the ability to change through competency development.
We facilitated many change management meetings, workshops and motivational events for all walks of businesses. For one single organization, we conducted 36 training workshops on Change Management and Staff Motivation for 1160 staff members within 6 months. Often, these are geared to preparation for imminent changes, enhancing readiness for implementation of changes, or strengthening of a culture of resilience to change.
