Mr. Raymond Yu is a very experienced professional with over 20 years of track record in human resources. He held management positions such as Director, Human Resources Development of American Express, Management Training Manager of HSBC and Manager-Managerial Training of the MTR Corporation before setting up our company. Mr. Yu holds a BBA degree and a Diploma of Training Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In the past 10 years, he has led our company in completing more than 1,000 consultancy projects for over 200 clients, which included many renowned commercial organizations and major civil service departments. We are also the sole agent in Hong Kong, PRC and Taiwan for Interplace - the computer expert system developed by Dr. Meredith Belbin of Cambridge, UK based on the proclaimed Team Role theory.
